Online Strategist – Digital Marketing

Are you a creative and data-driven digital marketer with a passion for fashion? Do you have the experience to develop and execute online strategies that drive growth? If you're skilled in Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and want to help grow an emerging fashion brand, we want to hear from you. 

Your Role:

As an Online Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital campaigns that reflect our brand's identity and goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions. 
• Analyzing data and KPIs to track campaign performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement. 
• Managing online campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.  
• Identifying emerging trends in digital fashion marketing and using them to create new opportunities for the brand.  
• Collaborating with the content and design teams to ensure campaigns are visually impactful and strategically sound.  
• Enhancing the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.  

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or retail.  
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms.  
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.  
• Creative, strategic, and always on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and fashion.  
• Experience in omnichannel marketing and optimizing the customer journey is a bonus.  
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
